Adding Printers

The easiest way to add a printer:

  1. Go to the Start menu
  2. Click Run...
  3. Type in your print server name EXACTLY how shown below(see below)
    1. psdsvr07 (SHS)
    2. psdsvr (CSHS)
    3. //psdsvr (MHS)
  4. A list of builidng printers will appear
  5. Double-click the printer you want to add

After you have followed these steps you should see the printer when you File: Print in an application.

NOTE: If you have the print box open in an application then add a printer, you will need to close and re-open the print box.
